UTAT B2B Global Operations

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the UTAT B2B portal. By accessing the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms, all applicable laws, and regulations.
Attention: As this is a B2B platform, these terms apply to registered travel agents, agencies, and corporate entities.
1. Registration & Security
To access the UTAT B2B Service, entities must complete the registration process. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- All activities that occur under your agency account.
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.
2. Booking & Cancellation
Pricing Policy
Prices are dynamic and subject to change until the booking is confirmed. All rates provided are based on the B2B agreement and may include specific taxes or service fees.
Cancellations
Each booking is subject to the specific cancellation policy of the provider (Hotel/Airline). Non-refundable bookings cannot be changed or cancelled without 100% penalty.
3. Payment Terms
UTAT B2B supports multiple payment methods including Credit Balance, Credit Cards, and Bank Transfers.
- Full payment is required to issue vouchers.
- Credit limits are subject to financial vetting.
- All transactions are processed in the agreed currency (USD/AZN/EUR).
4. Liability Limitation
UTAT acts as an intermediary between the User and the Travel Service Provider. We are not liable for service failures, strikes, force majeure events, or inaccuracies in information provided by third-party suppliers (hotels/airlines).

NO DATA SCRAPING
NO FRAUDULENT BOOKINGS
