These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the UTAT B2B platform, available at https://utatbookings.com (the “Website”) and all related services (the “Service”).
By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
1. Scope of Service
UTAT is a B2B online travel booking platform that enables registered Users to search, book, and manage accommodation and other travel-related services provided by third-party suppliers.
The platform is intended exclusively for professional users, including:
- Travel agencies
- Tour operators
- Corporate travel partners
2. Eligibility and Account Registration
- Users must be at least 18 years old.
- Users must be authorized representatives of a legal entity.
- All information provided during registration must be accurate and up to date.
- UTAT reserves the right to approve, suspend, or terminate accounts.
Users are responsible for keeping their login credentials confidential.
3. Bookings
3.1 Booking Process
A Booking is completed when:
- The User submits a reservation request
- Payment successfully processed
- A confirmation is issued by UTAT B2B/supplier
3.2 Booking Responsibility
The User is responsible for correct traveler details, meeting visa/passport requirements, and informing travelers of applicable terms.
4. Prices and Availability
- Prices are dynamic and may change at any time.
- Availability is not guaranteed until Booking confirmation.
- UTAT B2B is not liable for pricing errors caused by suppliers.
5. Payments
Payments must be made using available methods on the platform. Failed or delayed payments may result in Booking cancellation. Chargebacks without valid reason may lead to account suspension.
6. Cancellations and Modifications
Cancellation and modification policies are defined by the service supplier. Applicable penalties are shown during the booking process. UTAT B2B is not responsible for supplier-imposed fees.
7. Third-Party Services
UTAT B2B acts as an intermediary. We are not responsible for service quality issues, supplier actions/omissions, or force majeure events. Claims must be addressed directly with the supplier.
8. Intellectual Property
All content including texts, logos, software, and design elements are the property of UTAT B2B and may not be copied without written permission.
9. Prohibited Use
Users must not:
- • Use Service for unlawful purposes
- • Attempt to access restricted areas
- • Scrape or copy pricing/inventory
- • Interfere with system security
10. Limitation of Liability
UTAT B2B is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the Booking.
11. Force Majeure
UTAT B2B shall not be liable for failure to perform due to events beyond reasonable control (natural disasters, govt actions, technical failures).
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Azerbaijan / International B2B Law.
